About Mel
Dream Project Coach
I have been coaching people successfully for 13 years. I've coached, trained and facilitated a wide range of people in the UK and abroad including CEOs, small business-owners, refugees, school-children, teenagers, return-to-work-mums and marketing professionals.
I am now a trained NLP Practitioner but people began to approach me and ask me to coach them well before I defined myself as a Coach.
My husband says my default mindset is positive and that I put an upbeat spin on everything. When he first mentioned this to me I started to say, “Yes and the great thing about that is...” before he interrupted me by saying, “You’re doing it now!”.
Of course it's not true that I am always positive. I’ve had difficult times in my life just like everyone else. In a way I am grateful for those times because they’ve helped me to grow. In fact I'd say that it's pretty hard to be a good coach without some personal experience of the lows as well as the highs.
