            International Coach & Consultant Mel Larsen has been helping entrepreneurs for over 3 decades to joyfully trust their BIG Vision and strategically amplify their Clients, Income & Impact. She walks her talk with her work having taken her around the world, including Russia, The Caribbean, Australia and New Zealand, and across Europe.

            Mel's built up a 6-figure business and founded 3 community-led festivals. She loves a business adventure and can’t wait to guide you into your next up-level too!

            Patricia St Hilaire is a Life Coach, Arts Project Manager & Consultant

            She has had an extensive career in the arts, social change and in retail business. In both disciplines she has drawn on her experience of studying drama at the Rose Bruford College in the 1980s. She now works as a life-coach and has moved back into mainstream arts as both a project manager and consultant. She was one of the co-founders of the radical Theatre of Black Women along with Bernardine Evaristo & Paulette Randell and worked with the ENO Bayliss writing libretti for and directing children’s opera in London schools. Currently she is Project Manager for Diverse Voices at the National Opera Studio

            Rachel Heavens

            A seasoned coach and facilitator Rachel is passionate about inspiring leadership, motivating teams and generating as much goodness in the world as possible. Rachel began coaching adults in 2001 and has continued to work with clients in various sectors including private, not for profit, education and charity. She coaches people to do their best and most creative thinking, to take ownership of their circumstances and express their fullest and most authentic selves to design a life they love. Having originally met Mel Larsen in 2000 she is excited to have reconnected with Mel and joined the Dream Project Coach team as an associate coach.

            Cheryl Holloway - Tēnā koe! I'm Cheryl Holloway. I’m Māori from Aotearoa New Zealand, and Pākehā with British heritage. I live in London, and spend big chunks of time in New Zealand every year.

            I have nearly three decades' professional experience in public, private, and non-profit sectors. And I've navigated profound lifelong transformation in mental health, personal development, physical healing, and spiritual growth. What an exciting and challenging time to be alive!

            As Individuals, we must master our “inner world”, to fulfil our own special purpose, despite major external challenges and distractions. At the same time, Changemakers need support, to challenge unhelpful societal structures, and enhance collective healing in the world.               Michelle Thompson has always advocated for women's well-being and empowerment. Motivated to create positive change, she founded LiA (Learning in Action), a consultancy dedicated to helping organisations explore their purpose and understand their impact on the world. Through tailored training and workshops, LiA equips teams and individuals with the tools to foster meaningful social and organisational change. Michelle’s passion for racial equity led her to partner with Amy Barbor. The two met while co-designing a programme for Black social entrepreneurs. Amy is a consultant, educator, and facilitator specialising in designing and delivering programmes and workshops on racial equity and social justice.

              Life’s twists and turns have shaped Musician, Entrepreneur, Explorer, Dreamer Harriet Thomas's extraordinary journey. Fresh out of university, she launched her first business, Magic Wand Cleaning Company, and sold it five years later to follow her passion for music. That leap gave life to The Jazz Functionaires, a jazz quartet that lit up corporate events and society weddings for nearly a decade. Now, in her 61st year, she’s channeling that passion into fresh projects. Between August and October 2024, she walked 1,200 miles from Land’s End to John O’Groats, raising over £20,000 for Dementia Adventure and co-creating The D Tour podcast—now ranked in the top 1% of walking podcasts.
